I don’t know where Tayshia is from but I called the 8003310500 to get her. Those guys at Apogee really have their stuff together I had experienced a high pitched whine through my headphone output and one of the techs got back. Olivia is from the Vincennes, Indiana AT&T store. Tayshia (spelling?) was a LIFESAVER and got me taken care of in 15 minutes because it showed no pending cancellation from my 2 hour phone call on Wednesday! After I got off the phone with her, I check myAT&T app and the dummy number was finally gone! So KUDOs to Olivia and Tayshia for their excellent costumer service and really for the fact that they knew what the heck they were doing! They are GREAT assets to your corporation. I kept getting people and they kept pushing me off to other people to help. 12 Worthy Kudos to Spark Employee Engagement Organized without being rigid. It took me almost a hour to finally find someone to help me. They kept putting me in a que and it took forever to get to the port?!? After I got to the end of the que, the man that was taking care of me said to call AT&T back within 48 hours to make sure it cancelled that line. I called as soon as I left the store 2 days ago. It worked! She did tell me to call AT&T within 3 days to get the “dummy” line cancelled so I wouldn’t get charged. There are no traffic jams along the extra mile. She had to call her costumer service and they told her to create a dummy account with a fake number to attach my number to. You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you are able to meet their needs effectively. I had a terrible time getting my AT&T account set up. ![]() I just want to say that I have never done this.
